iCARE Promotions

* Free data import includes a one-time standard migration of core practice data from a supported third-party system, such as patient demographics and basic records, where technically feasible. Data import scope and format are determined by iCARE. Complex, custom, historical, or non-standard data may require additional review or fees. Free data import is available for new iCARE subscriptions only and must be completed within a reasonable onboarding period. BryWare does not guarantee the completeness or structure of imported data.

* The New Client Credit is available for new iCARE subscriptions. The $400 credit may be applied toward eligible iCARE subscription fees or add-ons and has no cash value. Credit must be redeemed within 12 months of sign-up and cannot be combined with other promotions. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

* To qualify for a referral reward, each referral must result in a completed iCARE subscription. Referred practices must be new customers who have not previously subscribed to or trialed iCARE. For each successful referral, the referring practice receives one month of its current iCARE subscription free, applied as an account credit after the referred practice’s subscription is confirmed. Rewards are issued per successful referral and may stack (for example, 12 successful referrals = 12 months free). Credits have no cash value, apply only toward future iCARE subscription fees, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
